Rafael Santos Borré Maury born on 15 September 1995, is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt and the Colombia national team.
Kicking off a successful career with Deportivo Cali, Rafael Santos Borré signed for Spanish club Atlético Madrid in 2015, where he was loaned to Cali until 2016. That same year, Rafael Santos Borré was loaned to La Liga partner Villareal CF. In 2017, he joined Argentine giants River Plate and won several trophies during his time at the club, including the 2018 Copa Libertadores and the 2019 Recopa Sudamericana.
Before leaving the club, Rafael Santos Borré established himself as River Plate’s all-time leading scorer since the famous Marcelo Gallardo with 55 goals. He returns to European football in 2021, signing for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt. On 5 July 2021, Rafael Santos Borré joined German club Eintracht Frankfurt. On 5 May 2022, he scored the winning goal in a 1–0 win over West Ham United in the second leg of the Europa League semi-final, helping his club reach the final. In the final, Rafael Santos Borré scored Eintracht’s equalizer against Rangers and the winning penalty (5-4) gave his team the win.

Although Rafael Santos Borré did not feature in the second leg, Colombia secured a place after winning 3-2 on aggregate.
On 20 March 2015, Rafael Santos Borré was called up to the Colombian national team for the first time by coach José Pékerman for friendly matches against Bahrain and Kuwait. However, he was not allowed to come on as a substitute in both matches. He made his Colombia debut on 6 September 2019 in a friendly against Brazil, coming on as a substitute for Duván Zapata in the 83rd minute.
On 10 June 2021, Rafael Santo Borré was included in Colombia coach Reinaldo Rueda’s squad for the 2021 Copa América. In total, Borré appeared in 5 matches as his country secured third place. On 5 June 2022, Rafael Santos Borré scored his first goal for Colombia in a 1–0 friendly win over Saudi Arabia. He scored another goal for his country on 24 September, his third for Colombia in a 4–1 win over Guatemala.
